I have installed VS 2008 and was trying to find the latest version of SDK tooks. (e.g. ResGen.exe etc )
It used to be under:
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2003\SDK\v1.1\Bin
But as of Version 3 it has moved to:
C:\Program Files\Microsoft SDKs\Windows\v6.0A\bin
